Empowerment in Ageing Event

WHEN:      Thursday, 9 November 2017
WHERE:    Royal Motor Yacht Club Broken Bay

Most Australians in their advanced years would like to have the choice to remain living independently in their own homes, even when their mobility and health declines. We believe they can do this far more often than they realise.

This event is hosted by New Way To Stay, a new business concept and true end-to-end partner in aged care. Louise Mace, who founded New Way To Stay from her own real life experience, invites all ages of the community to join us for a drink and canapés in the beautiful surrounds of the Royal Motor Yacht Club, Newport. Come and hear from leading experts on how to better navigate your own path at this critical time.

You will hear from Home Care Providers, Estate Planners, and an experienced Financial Planner. We also have as our special guest, the Hon. Jason Falinski MP. Jason, like all of our speakers, is a passionate campaigner and advocate for older Australians, with his own former career in the Aged Care sector.

For an all-inclusive price of $25 per ticket, come along and enjoy a glass of wine or beer on arrival, a selection of canapés and empower yourself with knowledge that may one day be needed for one of the most important periods of your own or your loved ones’ lives. Click the button below to purchase now.

Tickets can also be purchased directly from the Royal Motor Yacht club by calling Reception on (02) 9997 5511.

Residents within a 5km radius of the club will be given access to their courtesy buses for transport to and from the evening. Please book your complimentary place on the shuttle directly with the club.
